This Privacy Policy describes how the LinkSaaSify Chrome Extension ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares user data when you use our extension to automate WhatsApp messages from CRM and ERP platforms.
1. Data We Access and Collect
To provide messaging automation, the extension accesses and processes the following information:
- Authentication Information: We store your private gateway API key/token locally inside your browser's secure storage to authenticate connection requests.
- ERP/CRM Page Data: When you trigger a message, the extension reads the recipient's phone number, name, and relevant document/invoice details from your active Odoo page to format the WhatsApp message. Support for additional platforms may be added in future updates.
2. How We Use the Data
We use the accessed data solely for the following purposes:
- To format and securely route your messages to your private WhatsApp dispatch queue.
- To retrieve and attach document PDFs (such as invoices or quotations) to your outbound WhatsApp messages.
3. Data Transfer and Sharing
Your privacy is our priority. We strictly adhere to the following principles:
- No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or customer information to third parties.
- Direct Routing: All data is routed directly to your own private LinkSaaSify gateway instance. No third-party servers (other than the official WhatsApp web protocol) have access to your data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your local credentials and transmission payloads. Your API keys are encrypted at rest inside Chrome's secure storage.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
