Custom WhatsApp API
Custom text endpoint: POST
/api/v1/send with x-saas-token and x-source-platform: generic. Requires administrator-enabled Custom API Access and an active plan. Use your token from Settings only in server-side secrets/environment variables; never embed it in a public website or mobile app.
Required: phone (international country code, 7–15 digits, optional leading +) and message (1–4096 characters). This API sends WhatsApp text; attachments and SIM SMS are not supported here.
202 {"success":true,"queue_id":123} means accepted into the Queue, not delivered. Your selected runner must be ready; Chrome mode requires a logged-in Extension and connected WhatsApp Web.
Errors: 400 invalid input/source; 401 invalid token; 403 access disabled, inactive/expired account or exhausted quota/balance; 429 request rate limit; 500 server failure. Inspect the returned error/code. After a timeout, check Message Queue before retrying: there is no automatic retry or Idempotency-Key guarantee. Each intentional new request may send another message.

Gateway Configuration Settings
1. Download Gateway Client
The WhatsApp Gateway Client sends messages from your computer without Chrome or Puppeteer. Download one pre-configured ZIP, extract it, and run the startup script. Node.js/npm are required; dependencies install on first start.

2. Installation & Run Guides
Pre-requisites: Please ensure that Node.js (v18+) and Google Chrome / Chromium browser are installed on your machine.
Windows PC / Windows Server
- • Background Run — Recommended (24/7 PM2 mode): Double-click
start_pm2_windows.bat. Runs in the background, auto-restarts on crash, survives PC reboot, and silently reconnects if the internet drops. - • Foreground Run (quick test, visible console): Extract the ZIP, double-click
start_gateway.bat. Closes if the window is closed or the PC reboots. - • Stop Connection Bridge: Double-click

Linux VPS (Ubuntu / Debian) & macOS
- • Foreground Run:
